Chris Creech

City Council Seat #2

Mr. Creech was born in Eustis, raised in Umatilla and graduated Umatilla High School class of 2007. He and wife Kristen are raising two young children; Carter (4) and Caroline (1). He is a member of the Umatilla Chamber and the Umatilla Masonic Lodge. Mr. Creech currently owns and operates RCM Utilities, LLC. A water and sewer utility contractor specializing in the rehabilitation and construction of potable and wastewater treatment facilities. Mr. Creech is excited to represent the residents of the City of Umatilla and eager to be a good steward of city business.

Mr. Creech filled the unexpired term left by Laura Wright beginning in July 2021. He was sworn in for his first full term on December 6, 2022.
