New rates go into effect every October per Ordinance 2008-H. See below for the most current rate sheets.

The City has a multitude of payment options available for your convenience. You can pay your water bill with cash at local retailers with a simple barcode. Watch this video for more information. To get your your personal barcode, use the CheckOut website to pay as you shop at Dollar General, CVS, Walgreens, Family Dollar, 7-11 and many more retailers nationwide. You will need to obtain a new barcode if you have not used this option since our software conversion in July 2023.

You can now also pay by phone by calling toll free (877) 838-5806. This number has been upgraded for real-time integration with our new billing software. Be sure to have your new account number and last payment amount available.

The payment kiosks at City Hall and the Library are both up and running for cash, credit cards and e-checks. They are available anytime and payments will post to your account by 9:00am the following morning.

Go to our payments page by clicking here and set up automatic payments, schedule payments and set up reminders. You can even set up your account to pay by text.

Don't forget to check out the new smart meter technology which shows your hourly water consumption every day. Set up alerts for vacations, excess usage and more.

Note: Payment Information - The City does not have a current relationship with doxo.com for payment of utility bills. The quickest way to pay your bill at this time is to pay through our website, via the drop box, in our office or using one of our new payment methods (PayGo, IVR, Kiosks).
