Japanese Art & Culture Series : Setsubun

Join us to learn about Setsubun, a traditional Japanese celebration. Children will decorate Oni (ogre) and Otafuku (good fortune) masks, and experience the custom of throwing roasted soybeans for the Bean-Throwing (Mamemaki).
Taught by the Arching Oaks Art and Cultural Center. The Center is providing a series of programs in Spring for the children on the first Wednesday of the month. Teens are welcome to this series as well.
