Community Building Rental

Renovations are complete and the Community Building is now available for rent again. Come see the beautiful changes made to this facility and enjoy your next family gathering here among the gorgeous surroundings of Cadwell Park. Visit the Forms and Applications page to complete the application and submit it to City Hall along with your deposit to reserve your dates.

Community Building Rates

Inside City Limits Residents

• Refundable Deposit - $200
• Hourly Rental - $25 (minimum of 3 hours)
• Daily Rental - $200 (maximum of 10 hours)
• Cleaning Fee - $25
• Audiovisual Equipment - $10

 Outside City Limits Residents

• Refundable Deposit - $400
• Hourly Rental - $50 (minimum of 3 hours)
• Daily Rental - $400 (maximum of 10 hours)
• Cleaning Fee - $50
• Audiovisual Equipment - $20

*Set up and tear down is offered for an additional fee.
